Marinated with Korean Soy Sauce/Paste, this Sous-vide Chicken thigh was unforgettable.😻 Turns out the chef of this restaurant used to work at La Yeon Restaurant in Shilla Hotel😎 Was a blast enjoying modern fusion food in a Hanok.
