#디미방 的菜式都和益善洞concept非常吻合, 融合了傳統韓國材料到西餐食譜裡。 這個慢煮雞扒用了韓式醬油醃製, 肉質鮮嫩多汁。🐔 🇰🇷 大廚不愧為新羅酒店"羅宴"餐廳出身的師傅!
Thanks to Luke's recommendation, we're here in IkSeon-Dong for dinner!🍴 The dishes here at 디미방 adhere to IkSeon's image, merging the old and the new. Marinated with Korean Soy Sauce/Paste, this Sous-vide Chicken thigh was unforgettable.😻 Turns out the chef of this restaurant used to work at La Yeon Restaurant in Shilla Hotel😎 Was a blast enjoying modern fusion food in a Hanok.
디미방은 신라호텔 라연 출신 쉐프가 오픈한 맛집이다! 한옥에서 맛있는 동양풍 양식을 즐길 수 있어서 짱좋아😍 수비드 간장 닭다리살 최고! @ 익선동
